Do you take CRT (tube) TVs and old monitors?

Yes - but at a higher rate than flat-screens. CRT TVs: $79 per unit (vs $49 for flat-screen). CRT monitors: $49 per unit. The higher fee covers Illinois e-waste rules - CRT tubes contain lead and have to go through a specific e-waste recycler. Don't put a CRT in regular trash; it's illegal in Illinois.

What happens to data on my old computer, laptop, or hard drive?

We strongly recommend you wipe data before pickup. We are not a certified data-destruction service. For business cleanouts or sensitive personal devices, use a wipe tool (DBAN, manufacturer reset) before booking. For destruction-certified handling, we can refer you to a Chicago partner.

Are large flat-screen TVs accepted at the same rate as smaller ones?

Yes - all flat-screen TV sizes are $49 single-item, from 32" to 85". Large flat-screens (70" and up) are slightly more awkward to carry but don't cost extra. If you have multiple flat-screens going at once, bundled pricing applies.

Do you take e-waste in bulk from a business?

Yes - bulk office e-waste removal is a standard commercial job. Pricing scales with volume rather than per-item for bulk loads. Common items: monitors, towers, laptops, printers, networking gear, phones. We route to certified Illinois e-waste recyclers.
