Unlike some services, we don’t charge extra for stairs or difficult access. If two people can carry it, we’ll get it out - whether it’s in a basement, a third-floor walk-up, or a high-rise with a service elevator.
Furniture Donation and Recycling
Good-condition furniture is sorted for donation to Chicago-area nonprofits and secondhand stores. Usable pieces get a second life instead of going to a landfill. We’ll always try to donate before we dispose.
Furniture Removal Pricing
Furniture removal is a labor and truck fee starting at $450 (it depends on the distance and location of the job), plus a flat junk fee for each piece by size:
- Small (nightstand, end table, dining chair): $50
- Medium (6-drawer dresser, coffee table, armchair, desk): $75
- Large (sofa up to 3 seats, dining table, queen or king bed frame): $100
- Extra-large (sectional, china cabinet, wardrobe, full dining set): $150
Example: a queen bed frame ($100) and a dresser ($75) is $175 in item fees, plus the labor and truck fee from $450. Stairs, long carries and building access can affect the labor fee, and we confirm the full price before we start.
