Can you meet me at the storage facility?

Yes - that's how most storage cleanouts work. Tell us the facility address, unit number, your access time, and approximate unit size (5×5, 10×10, 10×20). The crew meets you there, you unlock the unit, we evaluate, you approve the price, and we clear it.

Do I need to be present for the storage cleanout?

Most storage facilities require someone with access to the unit. That can be you or someone you authorize. If you can't be there, some facilities allow temporary contractor access through their management office.

Will you take items left by a previous tenant in an abandoned storage unit?

Yes. Abandonment cleanouts for storage facility managers are a regular job. We coordinate access through the facility manager, document what's in the unit (photos), and clear it.

Can you handle climate-controlled interior units with long carries to the truck?

Yes. Interior storage units often have longer carries to where the truck can park. We bring carts for these and the long-carry surcharge (+$25 over 50 feet) applies. Tell us at booking that it's an interior unit so we route the right crew size.
