Do you take drywall, tile, and old cabinetry?

Yes - all three are standard construction debris for us. Drywall scraps: bagged or loose, both fine. Tile and ceramic: included; large quantities carry a small weight surcharge. Old cabinetry: kitchen, bathroom, built-ins - we'll break it down on site if it doesn't fit through the door whole.

Will you make daily pickups during a multi-week renovation?

Yes. For contractors and homeowners running multi-week renovations, we set up scheduled pickup days (every other day, or twice a week) so debris doesn't pile up. Pricing for recurring renovation pickup is discounted versus one-off bookings.

What about asbestos-suspect materials?

We don't take asbestos. Pre-1985 Chicago homes commonly have asbestos in popcorn ceilings, certain floor tile, and certain pipe wrap. If your renovation involves any of these, get a sample tested before demolition - testing labs in Chicago return results in 1–3 business days.

Is there a weight surcharge for concrete, brick, stone, or tile?

Yes, for large quantities. Our trucks are volume-priced, but very heavy materials (concrete, brick, stone, dirt, gravel, tile) are weight-limited per truck. For loads dominated by these materials, we cap fill height and quote on that basis.
