We work in both. Unfinished basements often have heavier debris loads (concrete rubble, pipe insulation, scrap materials). Finished basements tend to have more furniture and household goods. Either way, we’re equipped for the job.
Stairwell Access
Chicago’s basement stairs are notoriously narrow and steep. Our crew is experienced in navigating tight stairwells and awkward angles - we use moving blankets and corner guards to protect your walls and doorframes.
